Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the udunno mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by udunno ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

udunno lets you create quizzes about yourself, share them with others, and see how well they know you. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Content

When you create quizzes or provide custom answers, you retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringing on any intellectual property rights

3. Accounts and Identity

udunno does not require account creation. Your identity within the Service is based on a randomly generated device identifier and the display name you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name you enter.

4. In-App Purchases

The Service offers optional in-app purchases ("Premium" and "Premium+") that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Purchases are one-time, non-consumable purchases.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• You can restore purchases on any device using the same Apple ID.

5. Quiz Expiration

Quizzes expire automatically 30 days after creation. Expired quiz data is removed from our servers. We are not responsible for data loss due to expiration.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
